A traditional massage on the table incorporates a combination of Swedish techniques, deep tissue, acupressure, Shiatsu, stretches and gentle traction, customized to the individual client. (Pressure is based on the client's needs and preferences. There is no additional charge for deep tissue.) This treatment relieves stress, lowers blood pressure and aids the immune and digestive systems.

Treatments include the use of heated stones and towels, as well as a choice of organic blended body oils to suit the client's mood and physical needs.

Before your massage: please let the therapist know if you require unscented oils or if you are allergic to nut-based oils.

30 minutes: $45 [perfect for a lunch break or a "spot" treatment]

60 minutes: $65 [a typical starting point, but probably not enough time to thoroughly treat conditions such as sciatic pain or a recent injury while still addressing the whole body]

75 minutes: $80 [just about right]

90 minutes: $95 [leave feeling like wet noodle, in a good way]
